By using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy commitments described below. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the service. Bylefian was designed from the ground up to minimize data collection and preserve your privacy while giving you direct access to the tooling you need.
Use of the Service
Bylefian provides tooling to fetch direct download links. We offer the service on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bylefian.com and its operators are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or liabilities that you may incur through the use of the service.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your activity on Bylefian. You must ensure that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies in your jurisdiction. If local rules prohibit the downloads you initiate, you must not use the service for those purposes.
Availability and Changes

When material changes are made we will update the “Last updated” date. Continuing to use Bylefian after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We collect the minimum information required to provide Bylefian: your Telegram display name and Telegram user ID, supplied when you interact with our Telegram bot. We use this data solely to authenticate you, deliver the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell or trade this information. We rely on trusted infrastructure partners only to operate the core service securely, and we disclose data outside that context only when a lawful obligation requires it. We retain your Telegram details only while needed to keep your account active and to comply with applicable law.
Security
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security issue, we will act promptly and follow any applicable notification obligations.
